My Story
Hi!I am Neha Chawre
Passionate About Inspiring Others
I am an Indian-origin professional based in Munich, Germany. I wear many hats - ICF certified Global Leadership Coach, Lead Agile Coach at zooplus, and Founder of AgileDreams, a freelance coaching and consultancy where leadership meets agility and cultural intelligence. I am an Agilist at heart! With 16 years of experience in the IT industry, I specialize in guiding leaders and teams through Agile transformations, new ways of working, strategic workshops, and helping organizations thrive in fast-changing environments.
I believe that dreams can convert into reality when we take actions.
Leadership is my driving force and I truly believe that you don't need a TITLE to be a LEADER. Over the years, I have coached leaders, mentored aspiring professionals, and contributed actively to Agile communities - both locally and globally. As an Award-winning Leader and an active voice in global networks, I have had the privilege to speak at international conferences, lead Women in Agile chapters, and inspire growth, learning, and connection across the globe.
A strong advocate for Cultural Intelligence (CQ), my mission is to empower leaders and organizations to embrace diversity, lead with empathy, and succeed in a globally connected world. Alongside this, I am committed to advancing women in leadership and amplifying female voices in spaces where they are often underrepresented.
Beyond my professional journey, writing has always been my passion, and I am now bringing it to life in my first book - soon to be published. In my everyday life, I find myself switching roles - as a coach, consultant, trainer, mentor, or simply a curious learner - depending on what the moment calls for.
At the core, I am passionate about people, growth, and creating spaces where individuals and teams can truly thrive.
As a consultant, I tell you what you need to do to solve your issues. This is an immediate fix to help you with challenges you are facing right now, but it often does not have long-lasting value. You aren’t learning how to get to these conclusions by yourselves. Consulting certainly has its purpose, but to serve members and clients at the highest level, I use it sparingly.
As a coach, I partner with you to help you expand your awareness of the issues you are facing, gain clarity about what you want to achieve (future vision), identify the obstacles in your way, and create a strategy to overcome those obstacles. This is what we learn through ICF (International Coaching Federation) and this is what I am focusing more on as my goal to support and expand our Agile community.
As a mentor, I teach and share my experience, so you have deeper insight into the issues and challenges you are facing. This approach helps you to refine your thinking and cultivate your instincts over time. Both mentoring and consulting are the main go-to's when there is a knowledge gap.
